# January Release, 2022

1\. **New feature: Show Matrix in Alert list -** you can see more about this feature in the video 

2\. **An employee’s email can now be different from their account email** -  - Since the release in November it wasn’t possible to create different employee with the same email address. We got feedback from customers that they still required the feature. We have now solved this problem by separating the user account email and employee email. And only on the account email, we have the constraint that the email must be unique.

3\. **Two new languages: Polish and Turkish -** We have added two new languages in our system

4\. **Last but not least, many process improvements for ”result approvals” and “self assessment requests** - Most important changes were explained in an email we sent 3 weeks ago to all admin- and superuser accounts.\
