### Group employee skill results We’ve added a **Group by** feature to the **Employee → Skill results** list, giving you new ways to organize and analyze your data. **Group results by:** * **Skill types** – Easily compare compliance between soft skills, technical skills, and more * **Skill categories** – Understand how employees are performing across skill groups * **Requirement** – Get a clear overview per location, team, or department * **Status** – Instantly see which skills are missing, expiring, or compliant This feature helps you spot issues faster, tailor your actions, and make smarter decisions—without needing to export or filter endlessly.
