### See compliance across matrices

You can now switch to a list view in the matrices page to see compliance data across multiple matrices at once and export it in just a few clicks.

Until now, analyzing compliance across matrices required reviewing them one by one. This new view gives you a centralized overview, helping you spot matrices that require attention more quickly.

**What you can do**

* View compliance across multiple matrices in a single list
* Compare performance without switching contexts
* Export the data for reporting and sharing

The result? A faster and clearer way to understand compliance across your organization and take action where needed.

### Improvements across the platform

We’ve also introduced several enhancements to improve usability, clarity, and consistency:

#### **Versions**

Version summaries are now visible directly next to the version name across the platform — in matrices, results, sidebars, and anywhere version information is shown — making it easier for all users to understand what has changed in a revised skill.

#### **Plannings in Alert list**

A new planning column has been added to the Alert list, giving you better visibility into upcoming deadlines. The column appears when you choose to show plannings by turning off “Suppress plannings,” and displays the earliest planning deadline date.

#### **Skill requirements**

You can now define an active period for skill requirements, giving you more control over their validity. New requirements automatically include a start date to improve data accuracy, and you can adjust that date at any time.

#### **Remark & custom fields formatting**

Text formatting is now supported in the result remark field and selected custom fields in Skills and Employees, helping you add links and present information more clearly.

#### **Other changes**

* Skill codes are now displayed when adding results for multiple skills at once, making it easier to identify the right skill and improving visibility during bulk actions.
* Snackbar visuals and matrix cards have been subtly refreshed to improve clarity and create a more consistent experience across the platform.
