Roadmap 2022
Here you can find the high-level roadmap of AG5. We can't cover everything but the point is that we continuously build features/products that customers value.
The roadmap is always subject to change. Read the below disclaimer.
Q1
Self-assessments Requests
To make it easier for team leaders (/managers) and their employees, to request and do self-assessments.
New Qualification detail page
A new page layout will give is more options to add new features to this important page. One of these new features will be the level descriptions and custom fields (planned for Q2 and Q4)
New online help tool
To make it easier for ag5 to create new help articles.
Qualifications-results approval process
To give team leaders (/managers) more control over the newly created qualification-results
Q2
Introduce "Level descriptions" Gives you the ability to make sure every user has the same understanding of what it exactly means to have achieved qualification on a certain level.
App updates: Skill portfolio app & Assessment app Library upgrades. The libraries are prerequisites for new features that will come later this year.
Master data management Approvals on new/changed qualifications, requirements, and groupings (e.g. job roles).
Data Sharing Improved the data sharing between locations so that users can see which data is managed locally and which is managed centrally.
Q3
Parent and child qualifications Support hierarchical structures like e.g. :
You can only achieve qualification C when you have achieved qualifications A and B.
You automatically get qualification F when you have achieved qualifications D or E.
These hierarchical structures explicitly will help to manage skills better and to have a more compact skills matrix or employee portfolio page.
Data Ownership This functionality enables you to define who can approve specific data.
Introduce "Vergo" look Improvement of the AG5 user interface for a better user experience. A new and more modern look and a more standardized visual component/widget set (for development efficiency).
App updates SSO Login, more languages support, and some new features that are currently only in our web application.
Automated workflows We will add more workflow triggers (esp. for the approval process). These triggers can automatically execute self-defined workflow-actions as e.g. sending out emails.
Q4
Dashboarding/reporting Aggregated data, is graphically visualized in such a way to see trends, and the progress of teams, departments, and locations.
Custom fields Enables customers to define new custom fields. These fields can be used in filtering and reporting.
Authorization & account management. We will improve our current authorization and account management functionality.
Data protection & infrastructure security We will continue to improve our functionalities and infrastructure to comply with GDPR and FDA policies.
