Roadmap 2023
Here you can find the high-level roadmap of AG5. We can't cover everything but the point is that we continuously build features/products that customers value.

"Customer specific fields"
Customer specific fields will make it possible to customize our product to customer specific needs. These fields can be added to Employees, Qualifications or Qualification levels. And be used for filtering and exports.
Improve the overall "History page"
To see all data changes in time by whom. With filter options and exports in formats like excel or (signed) pdf. Among other things, this feature helps audit processes.
Improve "Data sharing" between global- and local data sets
So enterprises can manage some data globally and some locally (central vs decentral). For example, certain qualifications apply to the whole organization, and certain only apply to a specific country or factory due to local legislation or policies.
Improve "Master data management"
Improve the review process of new/updated/deleted master data items (such as qualifications, job roles, requirements). To keep data quality high and to more easily collaborate between different departments.
Multi language text input fields
So names and descriptions of e.g job roles or qualifications, can be managed in different languages. (also called "IStrings"). Especially for those data items that are shared within a global enterprise.
Next
Mass upload functionality
To upload new employees, qualifications, results via e.g. a csv/excel files. This online importer will support flexible column mappings and data validation.
Improve Qualification library
To better organise and manage very large amounts of qualifications.
Dashboarding & Reporting
Management level reporting & analytics. To see progress in time on a more higher level (per country / location / department / team)
Employee Portfolio / CV exports
To have the portfolios / CV's of your workforce easily managed & available for other use cases, as e.g. for supporting off line performance reviews or for doing project bids.
Improve both Apps
Merge both apps into one (the assessment app & skills portfolio app) because many users have double roles (as team leader and team member), so they only have to use one app. And this makes it easier for us to add new functionality.
