The following updates have been implemented in AG5’s skills management software.

Show or hide columns in overview lists

You now have full control over what’s visible in your Employees and Skills lists. Customize your view by showing or hiding columns, including custom fields and the new Active Positions column in the Employee page. When you export, you’ll get exactly the same view you’ve set up – nothing more, nothing less.

Export improvements

Exports now align with your list selections, ensuring you only receive the data you actually need. Say goodbye to unnecessary clutter, as exports are now more intuitive and efficient.

Additionally, default exports now mirror exactly what you see in the system. Any columns you’ve made visible will automatically be included in the default export. You still have the option to add extra columns through the custom export, if needed.

More users can now access organisation lists

Previously, only users with access to all matrices could view organisation lists. Now, even users with access to just a subset—such as a single matrix—can open them directly from the Organisation tab:

• Skill results

• Skill plannings

• Skill exemptions

• Skill revocations

• Personal requirements

• Prerequisite rules

• Export history

Batch delete now available across more lists

Tired of repetitive manual work? You can now perform batch deletions across several lists, including:

• Skill exemptions

• Skill requirements (only when master data approvals are not used)

• Skill result approvals

• Potential positions

• Prerequisite rules (only when master data approvals are not used)

• Personal requirements
